Make clear which Malibu you mean
Malibu is the motorhome marque associated with Carthago, not the Chevrolet car or a general model name. Its range includes panel-van campers and larger coachbuilt or integrated vehicles. Give the complete derivative and body type.
The registration may show only Fiat
Check that the completed Malibu appears on the quotation. For an imported or left-hand-drive model, provide the UK registration records and certificate of conformity if the precise derivative is absent.
Value the right part of the range
A Malibu Van is not a sensible comparison for a larger integrated model. Use similar sales, condition, mileage and factory specification. Declare an awning, solar array, extra batteries, tow bar, cycle rack or other additions.
Weight and recovery
Read the plated maximum authorised mass and check every driver’s licence. Then make sure breakdown assistance accepts the full dimensions and weight, particularly abroad.
Glass differs by body type
An integrated windscreen may have a payment limit and separate excess. Cab glass on a panel van and habitation windows elsewhere may be treated differently.
Travel and theft conditions
Confirm the maximum foreign trip and countries included. At home, comply with any tracker, alarm or storage requirement and keep the monitoring subscription active.
